Storage and Discount Schedules

CORN
*Open Storage and Price Later (DP)
Minimum of 17 cents to January 1, 2018, then 3 cents a month and pro rated daily.
*Test Weight
1 cent per bushel per pound from 54 to 52.
2 cents per bushel per pound below 52.
*Damage
2 cents per point from 5.1% to 10%.
3 cents per point from 10.1% to 15%.
4 cents per point from 15.1% to 20%
5 cents per point from 20.1% or above
*Above 25% subject to rejection.
*Foreign Material (FM)
3 cents per bushel per point above 3%
*Moisture Shrink Factor and Drying
1.4% shrink factor per bushel per point with breaks on the ½ point.
3 cents drying rate per bushel per point with breaks on the ½ point.
Open Storage will be shrunk and dried to 14.5%
Price Later (DP)/Contracts/Spots will be shrunk and dried to 15%
Open Storage and Price Later (DP) Corn are subject to terminal’s rates if elevator is full.
SOYBEANS
*Open Storage and Price Later (DP)
Minimum of 19 cents to January 1, 2018, then 3 cents a month and pro rated daily.
*Moisture Shrink Factor
1.15% of contract price per ½ point of moisture over 13% and up to 16%.
*Moisture over 16% will be subject to rejection or a 4% shrink factor will be used per point.
*Test Weight
1 cent per bushel per pound below 54.
*Damage
1 cent per bushel per point from 2% - 8%.
*Foreign Material (FM)
Anything above 1% will be deducted from gross unload weight.
Spot sales after 5:00pm delivery will be spotted the following day. Spot sales after 5:00pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be priced at the 1:15pm close of the market on the following Monday.
Grain picked up at field and taken to terminal will be subject to the terminal’s storage and price later rates. Call to receive terminal rates.
Direct spots will be priced the same day they were delivered at the markets close price.
*Notice:
Old crop corn & beans that are not sold or placed on a Price Later contract by August, 31st 2017 will be placed on a non-negotiable warehouse receipt and a new minimum will be applied. Storage charges will be invoiced and will be payable by September 15th, 2017.
